Plan your plans

“Always be careful of where you run to. When the going gets tough, take it easy and slow down, else you venture into the den of lions.” Just wait and take time to observe what the nature has to tell you. Everything need not be perfectly as per your plan everytime but yeah you cannot blindly step into things without plan at any time!!! Before taking a giant leap just stop to notice that what and how the small steps taken will help you to stand out better and brighter. Take every step cautiously be it in terms of academics, social, personal or any other genre.

“Don’t ever step in the market unprepared and unplanned

Make it a point to give your best shot, with proper plan and preparations

You might be slow to reach your goal, but definitely you will stay there longer and stronger”

Will miss the perks WICASA gave me!

Few experiences are memorable – for simple reason being that they have huge stories behind them. Well, this was one such experience of life to me!

Pune WICASA – I wasn’t elected formally but then yes I was happy to receive a whole-hearted welcome from entire team! A year full of learning and overfilled with good bad experiences – some teaching me life time lessons and some giving life time memories!

Entire tenure was full of one concept which I strongly believe – NETWORKING! The one great thing that WICASA taught me was to market your ideas, to sell your thoughts, to gather reviews – basically a year-long GMCS program kinda thing (CA Students can relate to this better!!)

Going from person to person – Learnt a many things from many every one – Anjor taught me to be a good decision maker, something like one decided always followed sort of rule! Hemangi taught me to create rather than simply imitate! Sairaj – this man for sure has taught me to connect better and use those connections effectively. Dhanajay – to continue till the end if you dare to start something new, Raj – he always worked silently, well focused on his allotted area of work!

Rajesh Sir – This person has a really optimistic way to live life! For every new event we thought of announcing, be it the most complex situation his cool reaction would be like – “Aish, karde announce, ho jaega manage! Well calculated in risk and rewards! And yes! Something I have been following like a practice was – Life can work amazingly well on Excel Sheet!!!!!

The entire branch staff from Deepak sir to Reshma Ma’am, Swati ma’am to Shwetali Ma’am, Swapnil dada, Manoj dada, Vinayak Dada, Pinto Kaka and kaku – the best ever people to support you – be it a late night extra hours working or Sunday which was ruined for our event! They never made excuses for unavailability!

Yes! for sure all of this will be missed! The extra love and care from branch, all those lazy daisy hours at Branch which at times made me feel like it was my second home, those cranky faces for reimbursements, all those shared tiffins and kaka’s coffee!

Though the love and respect always pertains the days will be missed!!

Looking forward for all help and support to the new committee! Guys, enjoy your tenure, the more you add in students’ welfare the double is added in your personality at individual level!

Pune bags another award!

So here we get one more honor which simply adds a feather to all our efforts taken throughout the tenure. Pune WICASA as well as WIRC bags the best branch award in the mega branch category at regional level as well.

Mumbai – the city of dreams, was hosting the award ceremony along with the members’ meet. The evening had so many celebrities (of finance sector) is what I would call them who threw light on various issues backed with their suggestions for the new committees at national, regional as well as branch level. With all the speeches done right, the much awaited award ceremony started and it really felt honored when we held high the shields which had our name as “PUNE WICASA” encrypted on it. So basically both achievements of being the Best Branch at mega level, that too at regional as well as national level was not just the because few faces smiling and posing towards the cameras with trophies. It was an joint effort of all our Branch staff – our dearest admin – Deepak Sir, our editor and always ready to help Reshma Ma’am, The accounts team who literally called me to collect my reimbursement – Suvarna Madam as well as Ramesh Sir, Aarti Ma’am with her broad smile, Swati Ma’am with always fake anger on me but true care inwardly, Meenakshi Ma’am with best welcome smiles, Kaka and kaku for that ever readiness to freshen up our tired minds with the best tea and coffee ever. Swapnil Dada, Manoj Dada, Vinayak Dada with ever ready to pull my legs attitude, Shwetali Ma’am, Prashant Dada and Phadke Sankul Team. All our faculties right from Sanket Sir to Sheetal Ma’am, ITT faculties, GMCS and Orientation faculties, our speakers each and every one of them who supported our seminars, events with their enthusiastic participation.

And lastly, a word of gratitude as well as congratulations to the faces who represent all of them right from Anand Sir to WICASA committee members. Special thanks to Rajesh Sir who gave me an opportunity to work with such great minds and explore my own self!

  3. Like every girl, my dad means the world to me! (The first hero of my life and I would love the day he accepts another one openly!)

  5. Blogging was a sudden decision taken to speak on an issue and was the best decision ever!
  6. One thing, I strongly want to voice out is Indian Society and the Caste System followed here, I really wish to do something for the so not very openly welcomed issues of Inter caste relationships!
  7. Lastly, I would say love…love and love, fall in love get broken, get healed again enjoy the feeling be into it, get out of it, get jealous, make someone jealous, be the bad girl be the best one, be someone’s future be someone’s past – Just feel every phase of it thoroughly! And in case any help needed and you feel love isn’t your cup of tea – come back and ping me. You give me one reason to hate love and I will have ten reasons to love the feeling called “LOVE”
